The backend provides complete order and customer management features to help you track sales.
Order Management
Go to "E-commerce → Transactions" to view all orders:
- Order List: Sorted by time, displaying buyer, product, amount, and status.
- Order Details: Click an order to view complete information, including payment details, Stripe transaction ID, and fee breakdown.
- Order Status: Paid, Refunded, Partially Refunded, Expired, etc.
Customer Management
Go to "E-commerce → Customers" to view all customers who have purchased your products:
- Customer List: Displays Email, Name, and Number of Purchases.
- Customer Details: Click a customer to view their entire order history.
- Search and Filter: Search for specific customers by Email or Name.

Frequently Asked Questions
This depends on Stripe's payout schedule, typically a few business days after the transaction is completed. You can check the detailed payout schedule in the Stripe console.
Yes. You can download it using the export function on the order list page.
Orders with incomplete payments will be automatically marked as "Expired" after a certain period. You do not need to handle this manually.
